This company sucks it’s all about denying denying denying your claim and charge it $125 service charge so they don’t come out of their pocket , finding codes that wouldn’t matter working very close with the contractor together try to get and investigate all kind of information to use it against you to deny your claim.

You guys have cost me probably over a $1000. dollars . I have paid you way more than I have benefited out of you. You send the lowest class of vendors. Had a Bulgarian (working out of the back of his car) come out and fix my washing machine he ruined the agitator instead of messing with you guys I went and bought a new one. Had a fly by night work on my micro wave and you guys called me so much as a liar for taking parts out of it and I didn't even know where it was so you denied my claim. One star only because I can't give them a zero. Shoddy repair network, I've spent hours on hold, over one month and counting to get a simple washing machine timer fixed - still not repaired. They rarely replace anything - you are better off just hiring your local guy and getting it fixed yourself. Don't fall for this -they oversell their plan, it's too good to be true and a total scam. My next stop is filing complaints with the Attorney General's office for deceptive trade practices.

I Have been trying to get my ac fixed for 2 weeks now the contractor came out ordered part he said and never came back the company only has a phone number no one ever answered calked many times called Ahs and they are no help keep telling me the same thing i need my ac fixed i have a 6 month old unbelievable the runaround this has been i pay for a service i didn't receive

I thought have American Home Shield is to keep me from paying huge repair bill. I have been a customer for over ten years and everytime I call them to come out nothing gets fix right away. We called regarding my air conditioner on 6/4/2019 no one came out to look at it til the 7th of June. Now they are saying it is my compressor and I have to pay over 500.00 to get it fix. I have been without air for almost 2 days now..... it’s a big deal because i have a new born she almost Month old and a 2 year old son. I have called y’all numerous of times been giving the run around about somebody coming to fix my air. I understand it’s a weekend but this is a emergency my one month year old is running a fever and it’s extremely hot in my house. first off I've been with American home shield for over 15 years i have 4 open contracts plus have always recommended to friends and family but last couple years there costomer service is horrible management has really failing grade now current issue is a AC condencer what went out company approved after a week repairs but it still cost me a little over $2000 above what's AHS pays I know I'm getting upsale ok freon not covered but there's so many other costs involved I know its costing more with AHS then without very angry I'... read more
