I must say I am very disappointed with the issues I am experiencing with my refrigerator. I called to report a problem at the end of February and to date which is April 16, 2020 my refrigerator is still not fixed and I have been told I need to wait for a part to fix it 4 to 6 weeks. I am sure you can understand my disappointment

My very first claim experience has gone very wrong. We came home to find our garage door would not open. I entered through the service door and found that the tension spring that helps the door open had broken. One more negative review. I requested cash out option 11 days ago. Today they let me know that my request most likely will be processed today. Sounds like after years of being loyal customer I have to find alternative solution on competitors side. Also they using contractor who will try to make extra $600 only for water line modification in order to install new the same water heater. Their equipment replacement option will not cover total cost of the heater and labor.

Our refrigerator was dead at end of July, 2019 while we were away from home. We have to throw away about three to four hundred dollars food. AHS sent technician to diagnostic first, then let us wait for a week for parts arrive. They ordered the wrong parts and it does not work well with our refrigerator. I’ve had horrible experience with this company and their incompetent technicians. The company has rude reps and poor customer service. They’ve lied to me on several occasions about calling me or telling me someone will call me back and never do. If I could give this company zero stars I would. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Our reimbursement was denied because we had to us an outside contractor and pay out of pocket. After waiting A WEEK for one of their contractors to come out to only stay a matter of two minutes because he was not qualified to work on our particular unit. What a terrible organization. The compressor, along with other aspects of my AC system went out, (breaker melted to the house) and the out of pocket was gong to be upwards of $1,000. I asked for a second opinion and again, it is clear I need a new unit (existing unit is almost 30 years old).
