Because they wanted a second opinion on a job to fix air conditioning and now it will delay about 2 weeks

I am not happy at all with AHSC . We just bought a house with non working toilets . Realtor called warranty company to fix before we moved in . Someone came said he fixed all issues . On the day we moved in no working toilets . No paper trail either to see what was done . He comes back puts power flush parts on all the toilets he said he fixed . I called him a liar to his face . Then he told us all our toilets are under recall and it will cost us 275.00 a toilet because they are recalled we have to pay to have them installed... read more

AHS is the worst company that I've ever had to deal with in my life. AC broke, logged request for service on line and they sent Total Air Care the next day so I thought the service was going to be great. Total Air Care diagnosed a bad compressor. It is now one week later and I can't get AHS to approve the diagnosis so Total Air Care can come and fix it. I have talked to multiple people at AHS and none of them can help me. I would not recommend this company. I was a member for over two years and made one claim last month. My water heater broke on a Thursday and I immediately placed the call at 4pm. AHS states I will here from a contractor within 48 hours. O Tuesday at 6pm I get a call from the scheduled contractor. Safe to say, even though the contractor was nice he did not not come to my house till Thursday, 1 full week after I lost hot water. Would not replace hot water heater that started leaking water. Requested a plumber and was told date to be at home with a four hour window. Plumber never showed up or called. The day was ruined.

I have a significant leak (plumbing) and I contacted AHS who sent a plumbing company that could not “find the leak”; but, acknowledged there is one. So they said they were going to refer AHS to get a leak specialist company. To date.....nothing. In the meantime I am running up a huge water bill.

I live in the Houston, Texas area. AHS initial automated responses are good. Do not attempt to call them and speak to a person. Extremely frustrating. The Air Condition companies, and the plumbers have to be the worst in this area. The AC company they sent recommended I replace my units for $22,000. All I needed was a compressor on one of the units. Please read the negative reviews on AirTronics, They are true. Do not use this company if you have a choice. Worst company I've dealt with. Customer service, contractors is horrible!! Every call takes 45min to 1hour. How many calls does it take for same service request? 4-5 times! Water heater is covered by AHS the company I pay monthly plus service call fee $75. 1st call Friday 3/29-45 min call to put a service request & take $75 service fee...ok right? 1st plumbing contractor calls to tell me nxt appt available is Monday 4/1 w/no hot water?? I'm not going to write a dissertation of my 6 months of nightmare with this company. BUT, I AM going to list for you the violations and abuses to which I have been exposed (in addition to the omnipresent 30 to 45 minute hold to speak to a human being at the company). To wit: They say in the first line of the contract under "Coverage Overview" that "Coverage under this contract includes ... malfunctions .. which occur ... insufficient maintenance, rust, corrosion or sediment."
