Worst experience ever...I have requested service for a boiler issue twice, but I haven’t heard from the repair man or ahs neither. I have spent some hours to contact ahs but it never goes through. I have called the repair man leave a few voicemail and no reply for any of the parts at all. However they already charged me the premium for this month...I hope ahs or the repair man has the decency to contact and solve this issue otherwise I’m going to get another provider..
2 hrs 23 minutes on hold to speak to a customer service representative. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST repairman. No matter what tie problem. The plummer in the phoenix area takes the cake. I have been a customer for 5 years with 6 properties. Get anyone else don't throw your money away on ahs.
The repair guy was a not well educated about his field. It took them iver 2 minths to repair a microwave. The repair guy fir the pipe behind our washer, different people, has had to come back to refix gis silution to the problem.
A.C. went out in the middle of summer but American Home Shield refused to fix it that day. It was 98 degrees with a heat index of over 100, but since the outside temperature was not 105 they refused. Terrible policy especially if you live in a high humidity city.
Customer service was terrible. Communication-terrible. Hold times-ridiculous. Timely service. A joke.
I was on hold for over 2 hrs. for the representative to tell me that a supervisor declined take my call.
It takes very long to get a representative. You need to add more people to answer your calls.
1. never able to speak to customer service always a machine. 2. I reported that my refrigerator was not working, the repairman called and told me it would be a week before they could get to our home, tried to contact customer service could not be routed by the machine. never got refrigerator repaired.
Expensive, rarely cover the problem and any ancillary issues, hire awful contractors, contractors even complain about AHS, etc.
