3 weeks and still no washer! Thr 45-60 minute waits with 20% of my calls dropped. Rhude customer service agents. Cannot get resolutin for broken washer that serviceman declared unrepairable. You cannot speak to 2nd level. You cannot speak to the department that handles replacements and the cs agents will not even transfer your calls!!!! The worst customer experience ever!
The repairs and replacements have been wonderful! Our warranty has covered a lot. The wait time for us or a technician to call in is always an hour or more. This needs to be fixed. One day I waited an hour, was disconnected and no one called me back :(
Bad service and the worst customer service it is possible to have. Can't get through for a min of 30 min and then they lie to you. Will not refund my money for double payment. Is that a sort of fraud? Or just theft. Paid over $500 for things they said was not covered but would not give me a receipt or itemized anything to prove it did not get done..
Response time from American Home Shield vendor is quick; but the adequacy of the work leaves something to be desired. We had called about an HVAC issue and the technician checked the system and said we were good to go. Unfortunately, the system is woefully inadequate to heat our home. The heating coils are broken and should have been fixed. We are not going to continue to use American Home Shield. Not worth the money we spent for insurance.
called thurs 11/2/2017 and as of today 11/6/2017 i still have no apt for anyone to come out i have been on hold for over a hour and half today no one answering the phone to help me resolve this problem. pay every month and got nothing to show for it. but a stopped shower that has been sitting here 5 days.
Horrible. Long wait times & bad response
Took 10 recent visits and the two companies to repair heating system - totally unacceptable. South Placer heat/air company provided poor service and highly recommend they not represent AHS in the future. Heat/air technicians need to be more technically knowledgeable.
This company has very little concerns about your home after yo pay them. I requested a/c service on the 31 jul 2017 and had service company come twice and it has not been repaired as of now and can't get any help from AHS . I'm not pleased at all with service and as of now would not recommend them or service company to anyone.
I needed to speak with AHS customer service and was on hold for over an hour on 3 different occasions. I still never spoke to any representative, I contacted them via social media because they have no other email listed on their website, they said the would get back to me and I am still waiting. This is week 3. I had to go outside the company to get satisfaction. So unfair when I have paid for service. Automation is excellent but sometimes a person needs a real rep. Your customer service this time was awful.
