I wish I could give them NO STARS !!! AHS is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are nothing more than a SCAM!!! My heat pump has not been working for 6 months now, they have sent their repair company , Total Air care ( another loser of a company ) out here about 9 times already., they were here Monday and by Tuesday its broke AGAIN !!! I have spent more than 6 nights with the temp in my home under 50* and many days with the house at 88* or more and the thing just keeps on running... read more

I contacted AHS online with a problem in my air conditioner, the contractor promptly came out and determined that I needed a new cooling coil and a new condensing unit to match, as required by state and Federal law, also a modification to my ductwork to allow for the new coil, plus related costs. AHS contacted me telling me that they would pay for the new coil, but not pay for the modification to the ductwork to accommodate the new coil and further, that I would have to pay for certain costs, including the new condenser, for... read more

Extremely bad service. Contacted the company several time on PREVIOUS issue and never heard a word back. Each time you called you had to tell the story again and the problem never got solved, no mater you talked to the front line representative, the supervisor or the manager. It seemed the company did not care. Disappointed. Wish there was way to give them ZERO stars.

My last experience was the worse, it took more than 3 weeks to resolve my washer issue due to a lack of communication. Also, literally every time I called I was on hold for at an hour each time, UNACCEPTABLE. I feel that a change is in order. You all also tried to charge me 3 times for the same claim, which I had to call you all to correct.

Poor customer service we contacted AHS to fix our washer the beginning of the month it is now 23rd of February and still do not have use of our washer. The hold time on the phone is extremely long . We have been customers for over a year and now we need service they have not helped us. Disappointing and disgusted supervisors have not been able to resolve our dilemma.

When I was first referred to the company, they were great. However, the service has declined over time. I will likely cancel my service with the company. As the cost of repairs continuously increase, the amount that they will pay out or remains the same. So in addition to paying them for the services I still have to come out of pocket (in addition to the service fee) to get the repairs completed. So with me paying them and their contractors, it is not worth me having the service. By Saving what I pay them monthly, I can just... read more

Each time that i have called for a plumbing issue, i have had to call 2-3 additional times for service. I am very dissatisfied with the contractors that are used. Mays plumbing and H and K plumbing.

We have had AHS since 2011. Our first experiences were decent. We did have to wait two weeks to get our microwave repaired but that was not urgent. Our last experience was in December 2017, just a few days ago and it was terrible. Our hot water heater broke during the frigid days we had in SC. It took them two days to send a contractor. He decided we needed a new tank and lots of updates to install it. These updates cost us $1100.00 the tank would be covered by AHS. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to have an air conditioning unit serviced for not cooling our home. The first company that came out didn't fix it and within two months we are back to square one...90 plus degress outside and our home is at 88 degrees inside. Absolutely the worst in customer service...long hold times to explain the problem again...the first time on hold was 45 minutes....today it is 30 minutes and still no answer on the customer service line.
