Just ok. Watch the fine print and the contractors they use. We had a plumbing issue that never got resolved because the plumber knew how to get by AHS verbiage so they could over charge us to fix the problem. What they didn't realize is that I'm in the business and knew exactly what they were trying to do. AHS doesn't cover alot including refrigerate in your hvac system. Definitely not worth it.
Ridiculous wait time when calling in for service or to speak with a representative
I'm still waiting on my stove fan to get fixed. The contractor hired by AHS will not answer. It takes about 30 minutes to get someone on the phone with AHS and even when you do all they do is call the contractor who doesn't answer for them either, then they give us the number (again) for us to keep calling. This order was made in July and it's now November
When I called to cancel because I was dissatisfied with customer service and there promise to fix what was covered under my warranty. Imposible to reach anyone. I had to dispute the contractors decision not to fix an attic fan because it had been “tampered with” when he only spent two seconds (not kidding or exaggerating) in the attic. He didn’t even touch it. What a hassle never fixed my water heater they send people to look at it but never fix or replace it. Don’t know what I’m paying for.
Needed refrigerator repair I had over 7 service calls to repair our refrigerator that was obviously irreparable and then received the run-around for replacement not satisfied with the level of service or the lack of service which we experienced
Too long wait on phone. Web site hard to use. Companies you send out are not very good and takes multiple visits. If something needs replacing everything to get it replaced should be covered
Never again! My dishwasher needed a new control panel and the service person they sent out basically called me a liar and said there was nothing wrong with the machine. I knew, based on experience, the machine never made it to the dry cycle. He said his 'diagnostics' (read: he got the machine to turn on) indicated nothing was wrong. AHS sent a second guy -- he heard the problem, looked at the unit and ordered a control panel -- which is what he said I needed. Ya think? Charge you deductible for a service that is not delivered. Impossible to reach by phone.
