The company is way in over their head. A wait time of 30 minutes minimum and 2 hours max? Then an associate tells me to call back because she can’t access my files?? Then I get hung up on?? Literally a joke. It’s either pay 75 or stay in hold for hours... this may work for some but after reading reviews you are unlikely to gain future clients. I had to go off on a poor employee just to get my point across and get my heater fixed in the freezing cold weather. So sad.

They sent a crappy company out that wanted to replace my whole bathtub and said they would for my deductible and then they wouldn’t and they sent another company out and fixed my plumbing and they want to double charge me, I call them multiple times but I don’t have an hour to wait to talk to someone.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!. Leaking (attic) a/c and damaged drain tray caused water damage to the walls carpet in BR. AHS assigned Rescue Air, (co. owner very un symphatetic to the problem) They are located in Lubbock 125 miles out of my area, with one tech in Amarillo TX.. Initial request was on, 6/10, as an emergency. Rescue come on 6/14!. We called AHS at the end of June. Our dishwasher went out, the first company we worked with was extremely rude and was unwilling to work with our schedule. We called in and spoke with an AHS representative who was unkind but offered to return our fee. She didn't make notes and we had to call in and wait on hold over 10 times for hours and hours. Several managers spoken to and promised to call us back, promised to pull the call and help us get the situation sorted out, but no one ever returned our calls. I have been dealing with a broken heat pump all year. Still not fixed. Numerous companies have been recommended that couldnt even deal with the problem. The one's that came couldnt accurately determine what the problem was and this lead to further problems. It is not fixed to date. I can never get anyone on the phone to complain to but the company is quick to send me letters about what is and isnt covered. I just renewed my contract just to try and get this issue resolved. Not sure it will ever happen though.

Erroneously said issue was pre-existing condition and denied payment then impossible to contact to resolve ... by design?? Owned by ServiceMaster. Contacted executive office and issue was quickly resolved.

Customer service passed me back and forth for 3 weeks, NEVER got a straight answer as to what the issue was, and NO ONE from the authorization department would return my calls even when they said they would or were emailed to call me back by customer service. Ended up calling the third party myself and paying for the repair out of pocket without the $75 dollar charge being applied to the service. Call associates do not have the training for problem solving. Speaking with a supervisor is next to impossible. The contractors are thieves and not BBB accredited. We had AHS several years and customer service has taken a major fail. Holding time is over an hour to speak with a human. We are getting another home warranty due to the terrible customer service and the contractors they choose. I do not know what has happened... But they need major a improvement in everything
