They have horrible wait times over the phone. Its hard to get ahold of anyone in customer service
AHW is the worse company I have ever had to deal with. The worse service ever, they screwed me big time and now you can't get anyone to call me back. They sure take your money then run, I will tell everyone I know to NEVER deal with this rip off scam company.
I have now been waiting for Rachel to call me back for over a month. She is supposedly one of the supervisors and promised she would be getting back to me but every time I call I have to wait on hold for 45 minutes for some operator to tell me she's going to call me back. This is so unprofessional and not good customer service
in all my attempts to talk to someone at american shield i have not been able to speak to anyone.i have remained on the phone for hrs. at a time and no one ever answers.i am considering cancelling this program if i do not get better service
Contracted companies are outstanding. However AHS's customer service & phone system, ability to speak with management is atrocious. I've been awaiting a call back since October, 2017 regarding misapplication of a payment and a rude attendant. I even withheld a payment anticipating a call. Never received one.
AHS is without a doubt the worst service contact you can purchase. I paid for my contract and come to find out they do not use local contractors in my area, which they use Houston area and they will not come out to mine. Therefore I have paid for a service that I can not use.....REALLY! They have not heard the last of me!
I have never been so disgusted with service in all my 60 + years on this planet. I have a home with a well for our only source of water. I pay an extra premium to cover the well pump with the home policy. The pump has started erratically and not pumping the volume it should to support our home. I place a request for service on Oct 3, 2017. it is now Nov 20 and it is still not repaired and no contractor in sight. Horrible. No communication. No replies other than automated responses from twitter and facebook. No replies by email and no live response on phone.
I a, still waiting for my plumbing call to be serviced. This order was placed in late November. The plumber called today, January 24 and postponed again. It takes an average of 57 minutes to speak to a live person at American Home Shield . This is terrible. I have contacted the local tv news stations in Huntsville Alabama about the problem. tThey are coming to interview me about the terrible service.
