So far, I am quite happy with the service from American Home Shield. Whenever I submitted the request, I always get a timely response.
I did not like the first company that came out to evaluate my washer. I appealed and a second company was made available. The washer was quickly and successfully repaired.
i was very disappointed with the small amount paid regarding replacing my AC unit. On most other repairs, I was satisfied. Also, very disappointed on them going up over 25% on my premium
Claim was easy to make and the problem with the air conditioner was remedied in less than 24 hours.
Didn't get my A/C fixed the last time had to pay another 100.00 to get the repair done again.

Sears repair was awesome. Have requested $ instead of replacement on dishwasher, have not heard back on status. If it happens quickly, it would change to 5 stars.
Everything that needed to be fixed, has gotten fixed.
