My water bill was high so I had Wades Plumbing come out to check for a leak. They were professional and on time. The toilet was running and they said they adjusted some things and it stopped, but it's still doing it. After they repaired it, they told me to give them a call if it's still doing it. I called them the next day and they said that they would come out and replace some of the inner parts in it. But they never showed up. In the past few months we have placed seven service calls to American Home Shield. These calls were for appliance repair & replacement, plumbing repair & replacement and electrical repair & replacement. Each time, AHS was a pleasure to deal with. Their rapid response time was impressive and our problems were quickly resolved. The assigned contractors were friendly, professional and skilled. I wish that I could give them more than a 5 star rating. Total satisfaction!!!

Sent great contractor who fixed my furnace.
American Home Shield set me up with a locksmith for a rekeying service. It was very automated and then they just sent me a bill in the mail with a $75 service charge. It was very low-hassle. The locksmith just said, “Send us some photos of the locks,” and I did. They didn't need a whole lot of direction. They came and did it. The only concern that I have was about billing.
