My last problem with my main heat and air unit was handled and resolved in a 4 week time period which was ok and thankfully we were not in the dead of winter when it happened !!
They responded to my problem immediately and covered the charges to fix my dishwasher. They sent out a very good company to fix it.
The service members that they recommend for repairs are experts and I have been satisfied with their jobs!
