I went online for my most recent claim which was for a re-key and I like American Home Shield's online portal. The contractor texted me when they'd be there. The guy was on time and did a really good job.

American Home Shield has been fairly easy to work with. I did a winter check-up for the heater thru them and the guy, David, was good. He found a bad capacitor and got it approved by American Home Shield to get it replaced.
American Home Shield takes care of everything that we have on the list. When our air conditioner stopped working, a tech came in and looked at it. He was in and out, and everything is working great now. He was good.
American Home Shield has always resolved my issues. When someone came to service us and acted like they didn't want to they took care of the issue immediately.
