Mr. J came fixed my plumbing problem with no little or no problem. He had to replace apart for my leaky bathtub.
I like the ease of scheduling repairs. It’s only after you start dealing with some repair companies dispatchers that the service suffers. The can be very busy and you get their voice mail. In some cases they do not return your call until they need to talk to you. My most frustrating problems have been When I have to talk to AHS customer service after service Technician did not or could not properly repaire the item. I have never had a bad experience when calling or using the chat function. Quick and professional, so I do not waste un-necessary time.
AHS technicians are very professional and reliable; they do the job right the first time.
My last experience was great, the response time was good. My previous experiences were not so good since the response times were very long (multiple days or weeks).)
Depending on the service you needed, AHS could be good or bad. In my experience, plumbing repair was excellent, kitchen appliance repair was good, air conditioning was bad.
They found a plumber very quickly and he repaired my problem within an hour.
