It took several days to get an appointment after I called. We have waited over a week to get the parts and have not received any updates.

When our refrigerator wasn't working it took one month to get the part. It is taking over 4 months to get part for our stove. W e have had to pay previously to have American home shield out for our stove and it was never really fixed so we are having to pay and wait again. The stove just needs to be replaced. We have had one item that was a quick easy fix which was our microwave. The cost has gone up substantially from when we originally signed up.
