AHS Quick response and Professionalism are great. AHS follows up with customers whenever you have to replace any item. They have staff that answers your questions and assigns contractors quickly when needed.

The person from the recommended business told me I needed repair to my washer and told American Shield that the washer only needed a deep cleaning thereby getting a nice fee for work not done.

Upset that the company they send out to fix air conditioning they didn't turn back the gas on up in attic so my heating didn't turn on so had to call to send out to see what wrong with it and had to pay deductible for the mistake the first company did
