Some representatives aren't helpful. Have gotten my service calls wrong. One said I had an outside vendor for a call they dispatched someone to.

Guaranty is worthy because of some quality technicians you have sent, but we never know if it's going to be a good or bad experience. In our case around 10% were excellent, 60 % good and 30% bad service.

the quality of the contractors is very very variable. The last one I had (electrical) was fine, professional, competent. The plumbers I have had have been 99% incompetent, slow, broke more than they fixed.

I’ve had very good experiences with the company. We’ve been working with the company for years. The online tool streamlines the process. I’ve been impressed by the speed of the response time from the vendor response. I’ve worked with other providers in the past that I found had substandard or slow response from vendors. While being with American homeshield I have not had those encounters
