The technicians came out and fixed my refrigerator. Then, they came back and repaired it. The experience with American Home Shield has been good. The claims are easy to file and they respond fairly quickly.

My trailer is 20 years old and I'm buying it. I've been there seven years and I was like, "You know, I really can't afford if something happens to break down." The technician was very knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and took great care to make sure it wouldn't occur again. He spent a considerable amount of time fixing the problem. But he was very tidy and very sure of what he was doing. He was very thorough. So it was really good. He was very personable. Everything went very smoothly.
I had a constant leak in my shower at the handle that turns it on. I wanted to get it fixed. So I called AHS immediately. It was the first time I submitted a claim since I had them for about nine months, to see what kind of service that I would get. It was pretty prompt and the process was pretty simple.
The filter of my pool was really bad. I got a fantastic contractor. With the pandemic, it would take a little bit of time. But the guy came out and he installed my filter in the rain. Since we've gotten our policy with American Home Shield, we've had no problems at all. It's been fantastic.
American Home Shield's claim process is very easy. The only thing is I can't do edits and I need to be able to do that. They have a typo in the address and I have to correct it every time with someone. I've been dealing with that for as long as I've had my contract. Otherwise, customer service has been very friendly and willing to help. They usually get things adjusted but the address hasn't happened yet. Other than that, I usually get someone with servicing in 24 hours or less. That has worked out pretty well.
I needed to have some breakers replaced and submitting a claim to AHS to get a technician out to our place was a simple process. I was very dissatisfied with the first company that came out. I contacted AHS and they informed me about a second opinion process. They were able to send a second tech out and he assessed my situation. He was able to repair the problem and things are back to normal. Other than the problem with the initial technician, everything went smoothly with American Home Shield.
We had a leak in our toilet and then we had a faucet that was dripping. Wade's Plumbing had to schedule it two days from when I originally contacted them. They came out and tightened the bolts at the back of the toilet and it stopped the leaking. Then, they replaced a seal in the faucet so that it would stop leaking as well. The technicians were very professional. They did a good job and they didn't take a long time. We were happy with the results.
