The contractor has replaced the board and several things, and the dishwasher is still doing the same thing. I thought that maybe the new part had to settle in. But it still leaves water in the dishwasher. So, I was gonna call American Home Shield tomorrow because standing water like that could lead to bacteria. I was quite happy with the techs who came out. I had a claim that I didn't get any feedback on but this claim was fine. The AC was working but not cooling. The technician came out and assessed it. He was really quick and very courteous. It was a simple fix so he was able to take care of it right away. I did the claim online and there were a few different companies I could select from. I just took a shot in the dark and picked one and they were great. The process was really simple. I haven't done anything other than pay my service fee.
The ones that I know have American Home Shield and they talked me into it. My granddaughter has it too. I called them for the toilet and the rep was very good. She told me when to expect the contractor and if I didn't hear from them to call them. They called me and they were good. I'm satisfied with their performance. The repair saved me my water bill ‘cause the toilet was constantly running. That was my first experience with American Home Shield and I'm pleased with it.
American Home Shield takes a load off my mind to know that when something occurs in my home, I can call them, they'll respond, and it gets done professionally and fairly quick. They do a great job and I'm very impressed with them. I had a water leak in my bathroom and it leaked through the floor and into the garage so I had some water damage as well. I made a phone call to American Home Shield and I was impressed with how quickly the contractor came out. It was on the same day that I made the claim. The pipe was leaking and it was getting everything underneath the sink wet and it created a mess. They had to put a new part on it to keep it from leaking further. They were in and out and fixed the problem and were gone in less than an hour. We were able to get that cleared up and everything has been functioning great since they were here. These two guys were great! They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and clean. They were very careful not to damage anything and cleaned up after they were done. My only complaint would be that I wished we were first of the day and not last but they were within the window of time they gave us.
