Overall good experiences. Have had a couple of instances where I had to follow up several times on things.

I was very impressed with the way things have been handled. There was no push back when I had to have my furnace/ac and refrigerator replaced during my time with AHS. However, I left because the costs were ever increasing and I wanted to reduce my policy costs.

I appreciate the options for service on the website, as well as the seasonal guide. However, as a new homeowner, I'm oftentimes confused; I'd like to have more FAQs/guidelines on the website. As well, for certain services (e.g. HVAC) I'd like to see a way to recommend that a locally-recommended service provider could be nominated for participation/coverage through AHS.
