I do not like that I could not get my AC repaired due to reasons beyond my control and I still had to pay $150 just for them to tell me no. Then I had to turn around and pay a lot more money out of pocket to get the air fixed on my own

We had issues with a vendor they preferred. I also referred a friend to use AHS and she has not had a good expere.
Great company. However, the customer service should be in the US. The company has a lot of services and decent coverage

Overall, AHS is excellent! 3d party organizations charge extra charges after installation fees are paid, especially if they have to inspect there is an additional charge for labor and parts.
