Very courteous fast service. During a heat wave here in Southern CA. I was having problems with my air conditioner and AHS had someone out the next day.

I didn't like the way my service for AC service was done.i believe ur advertisement special was deceiving. I was out of pocket over $600 and I don't see how AHS helped me at all! Yes u gained but I lost money I didn't have.
I appreciate Home Shield being professional and assisting me with my replacement dryer. They were able to quickly get me situated, removed the old dryer and installed new dryer. I loved the tracker to view what step my replacement was at and where my dryer was.
