Guaranty is worthy because of some quality technicians you have sent, but we never know if it's going to be a good or bad experience. In our case around 10% were excellent, 60 % good and 30% bad service.

the quality of the contractors is very very variable. The last one I had (electrical) was fine, professional, competent. The plumbers I have had have been 99% incompetent, slow, broke more than they fixed.

I’ve been impressed by the speed of the response time from the vendor response. I’ve worked with other providers in the past that I found had substandard or slow response from vendors. Filing a claim is so easy, if I'm not pleased with a vendor they give me another one, and replacing unrepairable covered items is hassle free!
