I was very pleased with my first experience with American Home Shield. Our dishwasher was broken, so I filed a claim. Within a few days, an appliance repair person came out and fixed the problem. My second interaction with American Home Shield has been a nightmare! Two weeks ago, we woke up to water spraying everywhere in our garage. I filed a claim, but they couldn't send anyone out until Monday. We turned the water off to our house to temporarily deal with the problem.
