When I had an emergency they wouldn't send anybody out until the next day or after!

I feel that American Homeshield is easily accessible on the internet. But in contrast, extremely difficult to contact by phone. Also, I've found that majority of the service providers that American Homeshield uses are fine. But, I have had concerns regarding the overall quality and workmanship from some of the service providers that American Homeshield uses. For these reasons, I did not rate American Homeshield 4 or 5 stars.
They are very professional in dealings with me.

I first heard about America shield on TV commercials and I said you know give him a try so I got American home shield and two minutes two months later my wife and she went out I called American home shield and they set up a representative to come out and check on my washing machine so he couldn't fix it they gave me a new one that service fee didn't mean nothing compared to a brand new washing machine they stand by their word.
