American Home Shield will get you assigned to someone quickly, which is great. Most of my experiences have been very successful. My last experience however was lackluster and I was told my problem wasn’t covered and referred to someone else to provide me an estimate (whom didn’t show up). The survey for the company assigned by American Home Shield had already been sent and I completed it based on what I was told would happen (which of course didn’t happen).
