America Home Shield has been a great service. When I first bought my home, there were very few issues in the course of a year and I I used to wonder if it was worth it. Over time, I've come to realize the peace of mind, knowing that if any issue arises the cost to me is minimal makes it totally worth subscribing... It's almost a no-brainer at this point. When it works, it's great. But because the A/C guy said it had to be a plumber, then the plumber said it had to be an A/C guy, water leaked under my air conditioner for weeks, and now I have secondary damage. So was it finally fixed well? Yes. Before that, not so much. Also, I wish there was a way to request two services at the same time from the same person. (If there was, I couldn't find it.)

I really liked that Texas Plumbing co came the next day Mr.Luna replaced my toilet that was broken. He did a very good job. Got here on time.

It's just very fast and easy to request service. Once requested it's fast as well. Repair people sent have been polite, timely and solved all issues quickly.
