American Home Shield responded quickly & was easy to work with. The gentleman who came to our home to assess the issue was very polite & professional. He explained the issues he saw & what would happen next. I ordered a replacement from the email that was sent to me. Our appliance came much quicker than expected. The installers were quick & professional. I am amazed at how easy this experience has been.
