Pros: the cost of my new hvac was covered and the company used was very nice and saved our lives as there was a co2 leak we weren’t even aware of. Cons: it took 2 weeks in the middle of the winter to complete this and the communication was not very good. It was freezing and we had an infant in the home. AHS also did not seem to know what was going on sometimes stating they were missing some papers or parts were arriving on wrong dates. We liked the response to the request for the Water Heater replacement, we loved how fast a technician came out, how quickly and professionally they changed it out, and the cost was less than half what it would have been without the Home Warranty. Overall, extremely satisfied with services.
