The knobs on my stove fell off on the clock, I cannot use the clock or oven cleaning. Not covered. When I had my hot water heater replaced it cost much more than I expected for "parts not covered". I have the Top coverage where all parts and labor are covered.. not so! I've been with AHS so long it's silly for me to quit now. My appliances are 30-40 years old.
I've only had to call a couple of times and the process was very simple...

This time American Home Shield did a outstanding job overall. One phone call that lasted less then 5 minutes and I was dealing with the local contractor. In less then 24 hours my problem was solved.
