I like the ease of ordering service and peace of mind knowing it will only cost $100. I do not like having a different provider every time I ask for service. If the repair is for a problem that we have had previously, I wish we could request to have the same vendor.

Company was great and response time was very quick. Later before Covid, response on the phone was slow. Also, it seemed that the company just contracted with any service repair company that signed up. Some of the companies were somewhat untrustworthy and incompetent. However, the most recent service repair went very smoothly.

I have called on American Sheild twice with plumbing issues, and both times I received quick response to my calls of distress. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and quick attention I received and getting my problems quickly resolved.

I like your service but sometimes I think you repair something that your repair tech states it should be replaced. My Refrigerator has been repaired three to four time over maybe a four-year period. I think it has a part that is going in and out. This is making it hard to service and fix. therefore, I think it is time to replace it.

The electrician you all was very patient and allowed me to watch him work all the time he was in my home. The ceiling light in my kitchen is running fine now. Would I use AHS again?? Yes!!
