American Home Shield is the best. They cover all my home appliances and pool systems. Plus much much more. They have paid 100% of the time and have replaced not repaired my refrigerator and hot water heater. Repaired my AC Systems(2) Central Systems multiple times and always with professional, knowledgeable, highly reputable repair companies that you would be calling yourself if you didn't have AHS.

I had to call them out for two different situations close together. The techs that came out corrected my issue quickly and friendly. They treated me like a friend and that is always appreciated, builds trust.

All has been going well until the last service call in February 2023. The first tech did not complete the job but the second one did explain and completer the first part of a two-part he did unfreeze the frozen water in my refrig and it worked okay for about a week then it started leaking all over again. I had given the second guy a good report because he deserved it, however, After contacting customer service regarding the leaking no one got back to me. I am going to try again after completing this survey.

I like how many different options and plans they have compared to other companies. I like you can look for options in your price range.

I gave it a five because they have always been receptive to my calls in an appropriate time for what I was calling for. However, I wouldn't say I like the process when something has to be replaced and I do not think the replacements offered are as good as the one you are replacing. There should be more choices.
