I have an issue with a denial on my claim and and it was wonderful that I had elevated the issue and it was addressed so quickly and so thoroughly I was beyond my thoughts of how much better any company could get than they performed and I was so amazed.

We have filed two claims. One was resolved, the other is on-going and unresolved.
AHS was prompt once the technician diagnosed the problem. While the replacements were not of equal value I felt good about how they handled everything. I feel better knowing that if anything covered breaks down it will get fixed or replaced in a timely and fair manner.
