Consistency. There are time I have great experience where the service call and repair is good and others where I have to go the extra 5 miles to clarify a clear issue and communicate repeatedly what has transpired, along with the disconnect.
From my first phone to the appliance company response was excellent and the technician coming out completing the job was timely and great follow up. Thank you

It took about 18 months for the oven replacement to be approved after they were told it couldn't be fixed on the first trip by repairman
