All services were good but the paying by mail is a pain. 1lost check, 2) had to paid by credit card, 3) STII getting second notice bill not paid. Poor internal communication.
Done on time. Clean install. Clean up workspace.

On one occasion, the problem was not resolved, after the third visit the problem was fixed, I had another issue with the knob on my shower,the service guy put the knob on instead of replacing it, the knob is off again. Recently I requested service on my air conditioner, the guy came,he was here about 20 minutes, he said the problem was fixed, it was ok for 2 weeks, I'm having the same problem.
