Consistency. There are time I have great experience where the service call and repair is good and others where I have to go the extra 5 miles to clarify a clear issue and communicate repeatedly what has transpired, along with the disconnect.
From my first phone to the appliance company response was excellent and the technician coming out completing the job was timely and great follow up. Thank you

What I have not liked: The automated voice that you get first when you need help (very often you have to repeat what you want and you can't get a real person to speak with), some of the representatives are hard to understand (lately they seem more English proficient- maybe better trained?) Some of your vendors are not very professional and have long lead times as they are out of the area. I also wish you covered door locks and attic lights.
