Contract they sent for water issue inflated the problem and now I need to pay for a water heater. I only ask for some one to address the temp of water. Now I have a 400.00 dollar bill. The company that came want me to give them cash for the water heater. I do not feel comfortable with that.

Overall I am pleased with the service but the call center staff do not give accurate information most times.

Nothing really covered that cost more then the coverage. Basically just a referral service for mediocre technicians.
