When my dishwasher broke replacement parts were unavailable and AHS promptly replaced the unit. But the installer was a jerk, came twice and didn’t install it. Then AHS said they have no contracted installer and told me to get my own. I think that if AHS is going to serve an area it should have contracted installers.

My recent experience with hvac was not positive. It ended up being someone who tried to sell me a new unit instead of helping me with issues. They didn't follow up as promised with quotes for service. When I reached out to AHS they seemed very institutional. Didn't really listen or try to understand.

I have called about several appliances and the garage and air conditioning. With my membership I always get someone who can help and the cost is reasonable. They have replaced several items at no additional cost to me. Service in a timely manner
