Great website to input requests, timely follow up by vendors, but AHS covers almost nothing claiming them to be pre-existing conditions. A warranty is supposed to cover any defaults, disappointed, probably will not renew. Vendors are also in way too much of a hurry during service calls, do the bare minimum and in some cases don't fix the issue as they treat it as not as important as a cash paying customer.

So far my experience replacing my 16 year old stove that died has been wonderful. The repairman was at my home 2 days after I asked for the repair. Very nice gentleman. He immediately reported the condition of my stove to AHS. The resolution to fully replace the appliance came the next day. I was given several options for replacement including a check for the full price of a new model the same make and with the same functions as mine. They have stepped up their game. I am awed. I needed a refrigerator replaced and they had it diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately the fridge couldn’t be fixed so I got a replacement. The replacement option was a good choice but I elected to upgrade. A problem came up with the installer and AHS rep git it taken care of during the phone call.

Their customer service staff was excellent. They are very courteous and well trained!! but the service execution was delayed and caused a lot of expense and inconvenience.
