Communication is very frictionless. The separation between the home owner and the service providers gives the sense of a built-in delay and limited choices. However, issues are addressed in a reasonable amount of time.

This is my second home warranty and AHS is by far the superior company. My old home warranty took almost 2 months to get my problem resolved. It was during cov19 but I kept getting the run around with a different excuse every time. AHS is by far the company I want in my corner. Thank you.
