Everything went great with Swift Electric. They came the first time, and the tech diagnosed. He came the second time and he fixed the part. When he was in there, he realized another part was broken, so he put that on order. He came back about a week later and installed that. So there were three total visits and when that was all over, the washer was still making a really loud noise and whatever is still coming out of it when I use it. Making claims with American Home Shield online was easy. For a recent claim with my dishwasher, a tech came and he said that there was a little piece that was not from the dishwasher. We found that it from a lid. The dishwasher has been fine since then. American Home Shield was great and I've never had an issue with them.
We were having a problem with our garbage disposal, and I had two people come out for it. The first one that came out had said that there was a foreign object down there, but there wasn't. It was just a piece of ground beef that apparently had jammed up the motor, and they weren't gonna pay the claim. So I called American Home Shield. I submitted a claim to American Home Shield for a water heater, and I got it changed to a tankless one. The claim process was all good on American Home Shield's part. They only took a while because of me. I kept it a slow process. The service technicians were very professional and great. We called in with our claim to American Home Shield for a control board in the air conditioning central unit up in our attic. The next morning, we had a repairman at our place. The tech identified himself and showed us who he was. At the time, we already had a text with his picture. He checked our thermostat and replaced the board. American Home Shield sent a contractor out for my stove that wasn't working, and it had a couple of warm lights that wouldn't turn off. The claim process was pretty simple. The contractor was very good, and the stove has been working great since the repair. It was a very good experience.
There was water that kept building up and freezing at the bottom of our freezer. I called American Home Shield and the claims rep took some information and scheduled it. The contract company called me separately. Service One Appliance was awesome and explained what the issue was. They were out of there quickly. The repair was critical and since then, everything has been perfect. I was very satisfied with AHS.
We had a sump pump that wasn't working and when I submitted the claim online to American Home Shield, I got a call back immediately. The contractor didn't wear a mask nor offered to but we didn't get very close to each other. He went down, discovered the problem immediately and had it fixed within five minutes. It was good. So far, everything with American Home Shield has been prompt and there have been no surprises in the price of anything. The contractors have been good. We haven't had any issues with the quality of the contractors, and there's been no rejections of our claims. We haven't had any trouble or hassle from American Home Shield.
