Two of the venders (plumbing and garage door) were useless. Plumbing tried to send us to his "friend" who seems to be running an insurance scam. The garage door guy did nothing but try to get us to replace everything - even though he knew is wasn't covered.

AHS is peace of mind. The price is fair and I love the fact that I just pay my deductible and they take care of the rest. I don't have to worry about anything else only to be home by the time the technician come to my house to fix whatever needs to be fixed. Overall I've had the best experience quick and efficient reaponse.

We have a stand alone Refrigerator and Freezer that we bought when we built the house. The Refrigerator had to be replaced. In order to match the freezer we needed a certain brand of refrigerator. The AHS service rep Tiara answered our call and went to bat to get us the maximum allowed benefit for replacing our refrigerator!! Thank you Tiara for all your help!! You are amazing!!
