AHS was great. The tech for the refrigerator seal was very helpful and courteous. He had to order a part then they were right back in contact with us as soon as they got it. We scheduled it and he came back and did it.
Each time I called about a problem, they sent someone to fix it promptly and it was all well done.
AHS sent out ARCO Lock and Security to rekey locks and their tech was prompt. He was professional and he did everything well.
The fan outside was making loud screeching noise every time we turned on the AC. Efficiency Experts came out, and their guy was very nice, polite and explained everything. He ran some tests. He told me what was going on with it and he fixed it. Submitting claims to American Home Shield is a simple process. I just call and they'll send someone out. I haven’t had any issues with American Home Shield, so to me, it’s the best.
I had an air conditioner that was not working and it was all online when I submitted the claim to American Home Shield. It's quick and easy using that format to request a service and they got somebody out in a timely manner. I most recently had a claim with AHS for my washer and my fridge ice maker. Authorized Service was sent out for the washer and Sears was sent out for the fridge. Both did a great job. They were really professional and they knew what they were talking about. They had to order a part and they came and installed it. I was having problems with my lights flickering. When the guy came out, he fixed everything. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was quick and very professional. I'm not having any problems now but if I have any more problems, he told me to call them again. I'm very satisfied.
We have been very pleased with AHS, we've used them w/our primary residence and our rental house for 15 + years :) We recently had an the control panel of our oven go out, there was no part available so AHS went out their way to get the part repaired, saving us 1000's of dollars. Thank you AHS!
I've used the website a million times and it's great. You just select the problem and hit submit, American Home Shield assigns the vendor and the vendor comes to fix the issue. Recently, Wright Appliance Service & Repair came to replace the heating element in my dryer. They were good.
