We filed our claim online. It was fast and easy. AHS contacted the contractor for that area. He responded and an appointment was set. We live approximately 3 hours from this property. Everything was handled efficiently without us needing to travel to have the repair completed.

My range heating element was replaced by American Home Shield and I paid $100.00 . After 30 days the elements didn't work anymore I reported it and was told I had to pay $100.00 again in order for them to come back and rectify my range problem
