It was an easy claim and I was very pleased with the experience. The man was very nice, very kind and helpful. He cleaned up after himself. I’ve had American Home Shield for a couple of years and I've been very pleased. I have not been disappointed. The people that they have sent have been very high quality.
My recent claim was for a dishwasher and stove cooktop. I got on the phone and set up the service call. It was easy to do, but it was a little longer wait. All Appliance, the company that sent the technician, was great. Having Home Shield is pretty good. Only at times, I had to wait a little longer for setting up the service call, and also sometimes wait for multiple appointments to completely take care of the issue. But overall, it has been great.
They were very prompt and the communication was excellent!!
My oven was not heating up and Ramey Appliance repaired it. It works great now. I’m happy with American Home Shield so far but I’ll see how they do if I need to have something replaced.
We've had quite a few experiences with American Home Shield over time and they've all been good. We've used them for several years. Our appliances need help every once in a while and American Home Shield has done a good job fixing them. Recently, there was an arm in our dishwasher that had broken that brought water to a sprayer. ABNation came out to work on our pool but after the pool pump was put in, when my husband came home, he noticed that there was a lot of noise from the pool pump, which was louder than the other one. So, I sent the technician a video so he could hear the noise. I told him that the ears to the motor mount had holes in them where it gets screwed down to the cement concrete, while the other one was not. I sent him a text and asked if he could screw that down if he was out in this area again. But his response back to me was that ... read more
By having AHS, I have piece of mind, I am not worried if anything break in the house. My garage opener stopped working, made a phone call to AHS, neighborhood garage company came 7:00 next day in the morning and fixed the door opener.
I've always heard great things about AHS, its a wonderful Home Warranty program to have. It's a lifesaver, I have use it in time of troubles and breakdowns. I have been a member since 2018.
American Home Shield sent Fast Response for a service for the beginning of the winter. They were making sure everything was in working order with the heating system. American Home Shield said, “Get your system checked before you turn on your heater.” They sent an email saying that they do have companies that could look at the system to make sure that it's in good working order.
