My range heating element was replaced by American Home Shield and I paid $100.00 . After 30 days the elements didn't work anymore I reported it and was told I had to pay $100.00 again in order for them to come back and rectify my range problem

The initial call went some kinda bumpy but got back on track. CSR could not offer me any specific information for the vendor about their schedule. I had to wait to hear from them.
