I went online and submitted a claim to Home Shield. The website was easy to use. They said that the contractor would contact us within 24 hours. And then, Prime Plumbing Services did the next day. They came to clear a drain in our shower and the drain in the sink in one of the bathrooms. The service was great. It allowed us to use our shower.
I researched the available organizations and American Home Shield seemed to be the one that met the most criteria. As anything, they'll have complaints against them in the research I found but it is what it is. It is insurance, so you may use it or you may not. Haven’t had to use the warranty often but when I did I Have always been happy with the level of professionalism.
They didn’t replace my heater water cuz it’s still working. But sometime it not enough hot water! Why wait until it break down then water will be all over in attic and leak to upstairs area?
Plumber DBA Robco came out and fixed the problem. I like them. They’re good. AHS definitely has saved us money. So far, so good.
There was a leak in the bathroom. It was very easy to submit a claim with AHS and it was pretty awesome speaking with their representative. Kenbridge Plumbing & Drain came out and fixed it in 10 minutes. The guy was on time and professional. He was awesome. American Home Shield has always been really easy to work with. I recently submitted a claim with Home Shield for a leaking faucet and it was easy. The contractor set up the appointment earlier than supposed to, so that was good. And then, I had a good interaction with tech. He came in timely. He was professional, and he got through with everything real quick. The unit runs good. Using Home Shield has been easy. Also, it has been beneficial. It saved me a lot of money.
The Tech arrived as scheduled to work on my Garbage Disposal. He maintained health protocols and was expeditious on his task. He was organized, clean and had all required tools for the job.
