I purchased HS this year my washer of 5 yrs went out ( stop spinning) I filed a claim ( very easy and quickly) a tech was scheduled to out before the end of the week. He was prompt and great communication in regards of his arrival . He quickly assessed my machine. HS authorized a new machine I had many options of a replacement to choose from from.
