During the recent need for a hot water tank replacement we were never told (verbally or in writing) exactly how much our warranty covered the cost of the replacement. I feel as the homeowner we should be informed about the coverage amount and cost detail from the vendor.
It is easy to place service request and services are timely.

We have had a few home warranty companies and AHS always has contractors. This means they treat their contractors very well!!!

I have been with them for almost 4-years. I have seen tremendous improvement with their service and responsiveness. The only negative is that it's pricey once you factor in the service call fees.

The most recent experiences have been positive. There's been a couple of experiences that have been very negative with getting someone located and found in the hopes that we have to go through to have coverage which make it prohibitive.
