I like the ease in which claims can be filed and the legwork of finding the companies to do the work is already done for you. That said, AHS should have an option where the home owner can pay more per month to have lower deductibles.
It was very easy to reach a rep and get service for my AC.

AHS is very easy to work with. They will either fix the problem or replace the appliance. In my case I received a brand new washer. Very satisfied.

American Home Shield assigns companies quickly. Unfortunately 1/3 of the companies don't call to make the repair appointments. One dryer repair company couldn't fix our dryer and said they would refer the claim to a repair company to finish the job. This never happened.
