AC didn't work one week after it was serviced. AHS sent same tech and had it addressed with no additional fee.

AHS has always responded quickly to my online requests for service. There has always been follow-up communication regarding the assigned contractor and after the work was completed. The only reason I gave a 4-star review was when I tried to submit a service request the last time for my clothes dryer, there was no box for comments to be made. It stated that my contractor may be one who performed virtual evaluations of the appliance. I am totally against virtual evaluation because AHS stuck us with an appliance repair service ... read more
