We had a fall check-up for my HVAC. The claim submission was good and easy and the contractors did a great job.
My pool pump completely stopped working in the middle of summer. American Home Shield sent Professional Pool & Spa to handle my claim. The techs from there were quick and professional. They did a good job and got my issue fixed. While we didn't renew service with AHS, they were able to cover some things for us when we moved in. We're happy with them and we would definitely get their coverage again if we bought a new place.
I've been with AHS for two years now and it's been a good experience overall.
We didn't have cold air that's why we called American Home Shield. The mechanic came and took care of it. So far, so good. Everything was the way that we wanted it and the way that we thought they were gonna do.
Calling in claims to American Home Shield has been easy. If their techs won't be at my place on time, they call me. I'm gonna keep using Home Shield. I've never had a problem with them and having their coverage has been an excellent experience.
I had American Home Shield years ago but I switched to Choice. I was not very happy with Choice. I left them a long time ago. So, we didn't have anybody for a while. My washer went out & they sent someone out that week. The guy they sent out was awesome. He was very knowledgeable but my washer was so old the parts cost more than my washer was worth. So I was able to get a new one to replace it. I am very thankful & grateful for this company.
My power had gone out in one of my rooms. Sunbelt Electric came over and checked to see what was going on. It was an outlet. They thought they had to do more, but then, it was just like a breaker shortage in the wire. A week or so or maybe less, they came back and got everything fixed for us. Everything is working well and the power is good and on in those two rooms.
