I couldn't believe they sent a service repair company to my home on the day I made the appointment. In the past with other companies I would have to wait at least a week to get an appointment. This company is the BEST, and I will always refer them to any and all of my friends who are in need of a home repair company. Thank you for everything you do!

American Home Shield ProConnect in the Tampa Bay, Florida area is great! I got a same day appointment for a broken frig, and Jesus Colmenares was excellent! He arrived during the appointment window, diagnosed the frig's problem, took care of getting the parts and came back 2 days later to fix the frig. Now the frig works fine. Jesus is professional, friendly and answered all of our questions respectfully and completely. I was SO glad he was the one coming back to complete the repair. Customer for over 10 years I was with them for over 10 years. The quality of work is excellent. The speed of response for service calls is excellent. The coverage is wide and I never had any problem with them saying an item is not covered in over 10 years. Those are the positives. The negatives are: - They will keep patching up an equipment till the very end to ensure they don't have to pay to replace. - When they do have to replace the ceiling will get you a replacement but usually not a quality replacement. The young man arrived at the house, saw what I had said about our old oven and the cancel button, took off the control panel, fixed the cancel button, put the control panel back on, and I paid him and he left. I was amazed at the speed that he got it fixed, in maybe an hour. Henndii deservesv 6 stars, NOT 5. Just like Santa, worked quickly and got it done.
