I'll post a final review if/when the work is completed, but as of now, I had an appointment for an electrician to come out and do a small job today between noon and 2:00PM I received confirming emails, and even a phone call a couple of days in advance of the appointment in order to get more information about the job. I arranged my schedule to be home for today's appointment. At 12:30 I got a call from the repairman telling me he can't make it to my house for today's appointment, asking if he could reschedule for tomorrow.

Wow. Pretty sure this company is run by a conglomeration of incompetent robots. Had an issue with AHS Proconnect, told them that the service was not to my expectation, they basically repeated FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES that their job is to connect homeowners to professionals; the quality of the call wasn't their responsibility. Amazing customer service. Wow. Just terrible. AHS helped me get an electrician to my house for an estimate, the electrician came out, stood in my doorway for 10 minutes (liberal estimate), didn't look into anything, didn't plug anything in, then left without sending the estimate. I was charged $100 for the visit, so I called AHS to debate the charge, talked to Brida in Customer Service who told me that the $100 was for sending the electrician out, not the quality of the visit. I referred a person to American Home Shield ProConnect an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The same day of the appointment it was cancelled with no reason given or communication on what else could be done. This is very poor business practice. I will no longer refer anyone to this company or give any business to you. Do better!

If there were a way to enter zero stars I would. Contacted them to fix a water leak coming from behind refrigerator. They use local subcontractors and the guy who showed up was clueless. First he said it was due to one thing then another. Ultimately, never gave us a diagnosis or a plan to fix it. My wife, who has no technical experience, was so upset she went on YouTube, found the answer, went to hardware store and $12 later fixed it herself! DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!! ....... 11/11/21 my oven was supposedly fixed & I paid $374.79 for the repair. My oven worked for 1 day & when I called for a warranty appointment I was told that there was an additional problem that will cost more to fix .... WTF!!???? an additional cost will be equivalent to a brand NEW oven. So I called for an additional appointment &they keep cancelling my appointments & keep giving me the run around. Absolutely terrible. I paid close to $400 for my microwave to be re installed above my range. The guy left a large gap between the cabinets and top of the microwave Which affected the ventilation system. We asked for it to be fixed and they sent the same guy. He fixed the gap a little but then broke part of the cabinet. He didn’t say one word and left in a hurry. He also left a large mess in our kitchen and didn’t even retro clean it at all. Unreliable, unprofessional, and will not meet your expectations. Appointment scheduled / rescheduled 4 times. Each time the cancellation occurred 1 hour before technician was to arrive. The one appointment where a technician showed up, he came ill-equipped to address the issue that was on record. In fact, he rolled up on a motorcycle with a small bag of tools (i.e. screwdriver, wrench, etc.). The job was clearly articulated to move and fix a washing machine that was leaking underneath. Will never book them again ! My fridge went out and i scheduled an appt for proconnect the next day, took the day off work so i could be home for the maintenance guy . Next day came and they called to cancel , saying they didnt have an available technician but i could reschedule for another day . ( i was irritated) but i rescheduled anyways .
