Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with AHSP. I needed a GIF replaced for my automatic exterior light timer. The website said their $99 service trip fee would be waived and credited to the service if I chose to go forward with the service. Instead, the contractor was clueless about this arrangement, charged me $245 for a new GIF & labor (rip off) and told me AHSP would send me a $99 reimbursement. I was most upset with the company. They chose the time and day for the repair. The day before they called to reschedule for the next day. That day they emailed—did not call—to CANCEL the repair, that they had no one in my area. Did they not know this when I called originally? I guess this is a national company. The men who answered today when I called could not be understood for the noise in the background. I have now lost a week getting the problem resolved. Not happy.

If I could rate a No Star I would. I booked an appointment on Tuesday for the time range 2-4 pm. No One ever showed up. I called and they said they would have someone out the next day between 11 -1 pm. I received a voicemail the next morning stating that they could not come out and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I took off 2 days in a row for them to come and service my dryer. Worst service (or rather no service) ever. DO NOT USE THEM

I would give them a zero if I could. Stay away from them. They overcharged me for a part I never needed. When the service man left I saw he unplugged my washer. I plugged it in after he left and it has been over 3 weeks and it works perfectly without the service man doing a thing. When I called back to stop the order on the over charged part they gave me a hard time to cancel it and get my refund. The more that I interact with this terrible company, the more I understand how corrupt and terrible this company is. If I could give this company a -10 stars I would. I had schedule a for them to come out to repair my washer. On Friday. Got a e-mail saying they can not come out on Friday so they rescheduled it for Saturday which was fine. But then I got a call Saturday morning saying they had cancelled my appointment.
