I have had two similarly disappointing experiences with them. They appear to me to use a bait and switch routine where they have you make an appointment online at an early and attractive time which they "confirm" only to cancel it later in the day and tell you that you need to schedule a new appointment for a later date. If I had known on both occasions that the early date would not have been honored, I would have not booked with them originally and gone elsewhere.

Still not satisfied. After I posted my review a manager call me to here my issues a apologized for my dis-satisfaction with their service. When I disposed of the old refrigerator with the new fan motor which did not fix the problem. A should taken the fan out and returned it to ProConnect to get full refund. of $363.00, instead they refunded a total of $129.68. I called my credit card company and submitted a claim. Requested pro on net fixe my refrigerator. The freezer was not freezing. Unit was 9 years old. The repairman arrived 2 hour after his allotted 4 hour window. He stated the freezer fan/defrost unit was bad. Total service was $447.00 2 days later unit was still not working properly I call the repairman direct. American Home Shield Pro-Connect customer service rep scheduled a Maytag washing machine repair for me on March 14th Monday between 8 and 10 AM. They know how to schedule an appointment they just don’t know how to keep an appointment. I tried three times to schedule an appointment to have a dishwasher repaired with this system. Each time I received a confirmation email and several text messages reminding me of my appointment. The first time they canceled the appointment on a Saturday for a Monday morning appointment. Worst experience ever with AHS and Felix M. He was grumpy and rude and I immediately asked him to leave. He complained about the fact that I had two appliances to look at, which I had put in my original order. Then said he wouldn't help move my range. So I told him to leave, I would get someone else. A dismal, disappointing experience! One Star because the system does not permit ZERO. Technician spoke maybe 10 words of English, was questionably vaccinated for Covid 19, did NOT know how to wear a mask. Stayed 43 minutes, used NOTHING new and/or did no replace any parts or equipment. Charged $190 Plus. My first experience is very bad. My washing machine jumped and banged loudly during the final spin cycle (not every load) causing me to use AHS service. The Pros arrived, they took apart my machine then started a load to wash. Once the machine got to the final spin banging began which the machine stops leaving my clothes still wet, they informed it's the suspension & gave me the cost...I accept the charges. Paid almost $400 to get my dishwasher fixed only to have it have the same issue happen less than 2 months after, but they only offer a 30 day guarantee! Just awful...
